G2G-ProTacHL

Streamlight

So, what capabilities are you looking for in a 2-lithium cell taclight? Single-function simplicity with just one blinding brightness mode? High- and low-light levels to extend runtime and avoid blinding yourself while doing routine tasks? High, low and disorienting strobe, all quickly accessed? The new ProTac HL from Streamlight gives you all three. The HL introduces Ten-Tap Programming to the ProTac line. Just tap the tailcap switch rapidly nine times, then hold it down on the tenth tap to change programming from Hi-Strobe-Lo to Hi-Only or Lo-Hi.
On “high” and “strobe,” you get a blazing 600 lumens with a center-loaded, broad-corona beam perfect for LE work. Low is 35 lumens, excellent for discreet low-light applications. Continuous runtimes are 75 minutes on high, 2.5 hours on strobe and 18 hours on low.

At 5.4″ long and 5.6 ounces, the HL has all the usual Streamlight attributes like anodized aircraft aluminum construction, waterproofing to IPX7, removable pocket/belt clip and more. MSRP: $130. For more info: (800) 523-7488, www.americancop.com/streamlight
