T3 Tactical Auto Rescue Tool

The T3 Tool was designed by veteran New York City paramedic, Avi Goldstein. The idea occurred to him when he rolled up to an accident scene and saw the first responders running back to their rig for tools to break windows and cut victims free, losing life-saving seconds. The T3 became an instant hit with EMS personnel, and should be with cops too.

This solid tool includes one of the most effective spring-loaded window-breakers I’ve ever used. Just press against the glass, apply pressure and bang! The seat belt/cord cutter is also very efficient. The cutter and the half-serrated 3.25″ blade are both 440C stainless, easily deployed using thumb studs, and they lock open. An LED light is mounted into the front edge of the left handle scale, illuminating what you’re cutting with either tool.

The T3 is 5″ long closed, .75″ thick and weighs 6.4 ounces, so it’s hand filling but not too bulky. The surface coating provides an excellent grip. It comes with a pocket clip and a semi-rigid fabric belt pouch. The T3 performed really well in testing and costs just $39.99 online. For more info:
